[2.10] Nidhi started her entrepreneurial journey at the age of 17 because she realized she couldn’t get a job due to her age. An idea struck her that she could help a consulting firm where she could help provide quality candidates to companies who are looking to hire. While it didn’t work out again due to her age and her lack of funds, it was her first taste of experience.

[4.30] On the encouragement of her mother, Nidhi came to Singapore to work as an air stewardess with Singapore Airlines for 10 years. In fact, she had to undergo a major surgery just before she came to Singapore.

[8.20] In 2017, Nidhi broke her tail bone and after 10 years with Singapore Airlines, she decided to leave so she could recover properly. As Nidhi realized that there was a gap in the market of coaching for individuals who were looking to start a career as a cabin crew, Nidhi decide to launch Success Talks and to focus on helping aspirant cabin crew applicants with landing a job. By niching down on a gap in the market that also played to her strengths, Nidhi was able to establish her authority quickly and build her customer base.
