How To Make Rosemary Lemon Salt Recipe
You will need:
20g of Rosemary (or any other herb of your liking)
2 Tbsp of Lemon Zest
1 Cup of salt (I used Kosher)
- Remove the leaves of the rosemary from its stem and peel the zest off a few lemons with a microplane.
- Add the rosemary and lemon zest into a food processor and blend until everything is nicely minced. Add a cup of salt and blend until the salt takes on an amazing green hue from the rosemary. Store in an airtight jar and keep in the fridge to help retain freshness
