Roasted Cabbage Steaks? Who knew a little love and attention can turn your humble cabbage into a crispy vegan friendly recipe! This fast and easy roasted cabbage steaks recipe allows the sweetness of the cabbage to develop as the edges char and crisp for an extra flavour punch. You will need

1 head cabbage 

2 to 3 tablespoons olive oil

2 tsp paprika

Kosher salt and black pepper to taste

Preheat your oven to 210 degrees Celcius (or 410 degrees Fahrenheit)

Slice your cabbge into 3/4 inch (or 2cm) thick slices. Apply a thin layer of olive on both sides of your cabbages slices and season them with salt, peper and paprika. 

Roast for 20 to 25 minutes. The cabbage steaks are done when they are tender on the inside and when the outside leaves start to crisp nicely.
